The perfect way to avoid burning or scarring your counter or tabletop.  These trivets are made with one solid piece of wood (various types) approxiamately 1 inch thick.  Each trivet is handmade with various patterns.  They are finished with food safe mineral oil and can be retreated with any butcher block oil or finish.  Like all other wood items, do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher.  Wipe with damp cloth.
